I put out a tweet earlier during this game that everyone should ignore. That was not me I promise.

While I assume most people were watching the Bears take on the Patriots, the Bulls were also playing a basketball game against another Boston team.

The Bulls managed to blowout the Boston Celtics at home by a score of 120-102

When this game started, it already seemed like a wash. The Celtics came out of the gate exploiting the Bulls defense and making every single three in sight. The Bulls managed to slowly chip away at a 19-point lead and turn it into a blowout.

First, we got to give a shoutout to the birthday boy himself, Nikola Vucevic. Vooch managed to score 18 points and tag along 23 rebounds. Hell of a performance by the big fella that we need to see more of going forward.

Ayo Dosumu is also becoming a perfect replacement for the time being while Lonzo Ball is out. Ayo took the scoring into his hands tonight, scoring 22 points and going 4-4 from three-point range. Cannot wait to see where he can take a performance like this from here.

DeMar DeRozan and Zach Lavine both obviously did their thing being the all-stars that we know they are. DeRozan managed to score 25 points while Lavine had 19. Expected but good to see especially for DeRozan after a rough night against the Cavaliers on Saturday.

The bench mob did their thing all night helping lead the comeback offensively and defensively. We already know what Alex Caruso and Javonte Green do coming off the bench. It is good to see Derrick Jones taking advantage of his minutes and making the most of it. Goran Dragic and Andre Drummond have also left a good impression early in the season.

Very interesting to see Patrick Williams and Coby White get a huge decrease in minutes. The two of them have really had a tough time getting their feet wet early in the season and I wouldn't be shocked if this is a sign of how their minutes are handled going forward. I want them to both succeed but we do not need any projects on a contending team.

Either way, a hell of a win. This was a huge bounce back after an embarrassing loss on Saturday. The Bulls next game is on Wednesday at home against the Pacers.

Now let's hope the Bears can hold it together and accomplish the Monday night Boston sweep.
