Justin Fields is the Chicago Bears Savior

Benjamin Hudy

There is no need to even talk about the first half, because it does not even matter. Justin Fields came out of halftime, and was absolutely slinging it. It was so much fun and even beautiful to watch.

It took him more than one half to complete a pass to a wide receiver. That was until Fields pulled some magic out of his hat. Justin Fields managed to scramble out to his left, avoid two tackles and find Dante Pettis for a 51-yard touchdown.

The next drive was beautifully executed. Was able to use his feet as well as find the open receivers. He capped off the drive by throwing a beautiful pass to Equanimeous St. Brown.

Needless to say, Justin looked amazing and they were playing in a monsoon. The field looked disgusting. It was raining so hard, the camera was having a hard time picking up what was going on. The rain did make for these incredible pictures though.

And this beautiful picture of OUR QUARTERBACK.

That second half was arguably the most fun I have had as a Bears fan in a really long time. The team just felt so in sync.

While Fields and the offense were great in the second half, the defense was great the entire game. Forcing turnovers, making stops, Trey Lance could not do a thing.

An upset like that will get me excited about a week two Sunday night matchup against the Packers. Aaron Rodgers and the Packers are a dumpster fire. I do not care if I am setting myself up for disappointment next week, BRING ME THE PACKERS.

That win was electric. Justin Fields is going to save us. I can see it. Everything is going to be alright. The Bears are back.
